It can be a bit intimidating to photograph a friend's family. I do get nervous, even when I shouldn't. That top picture just makes me SO HAPPY! Who doesn't love Peek a Boo?

Nerves keep me on my toes, though. My job was pretty easy with such photogenic subjects.
I mean, come on! Beau-ti-ful!



I love these kinds of shots. Probably because I love the look on his face and his Mama's rockin' jeans.

I had so much fun with these guys. A total blast! This family was so much fun to hang out with. They were perfect at just "being," and I have the shots to prove it.


Can you believe she is due in a matter of weeks? Best looking pregnant Mama ever. She doesn't seem to have 35 pounds of "baby" all over her BODY like I do at that stage. Totally jealous of that Mama.

So stinkin' cute. Cute. Cute! The boys were a blast and so happy just to be outside - free to roam. Well, free in the sense a crazed woman with a camera followed their every move. But still. Good sports, those sweet boys.


And this one, her Dad said, "She looks mad." Really?! I love that serious look on her face. Love it.

The other night was so much FUN! A family of 5 ... soon to be 6! They were up for anything and the kids were so, so fun, sweet ... and cute!

Pictures like this really make me realize how important it to capture the moment. Because, how long will she let you play peek a boo with her? How long until the boys are too big for a shoulder ride?

The sweetest little boy who is as smart as a whip. A precious baby girl who didn't love the tutu as much as Mama wanted her to ... a gorgeous Mom inside and out.
